IOCO - Store Revamp

We've just finished revamping @ioco.official store at Kuta Square, Bali. We gave the store a visually brand new look, adjusting color coordination and product grouping. This is all finalized mostly because IOCO Bali is in the process to change their concept, fixture design and table layouts. The revamp is also done to determine how many fixtures and tables the store's new layout would need. By doing a precise calculation, any mistakes in the product's allocation (both over or understocked from the VM planning) can be avoided. A good VM planning will help many departments. For the VM team, it's clear that this helps them adjusting the right amount of products to the space available. On the other hand, it also helps the design & fit out team in producing the fixture tables and display tools accordingly to the brand's budget.
