We have finished the VM Basic Training program for the staff members of House of IOCO’s Bali store. Not only that we educated the team on skills of visual merchandising, also to prepare them for the upcoming reopening of House of IOCO – @ioco.official which currently under renovation. Our trainings consisted of working ethics, understanding the customers, in-depth knowledge about informations regarding their products and deciding which techniques to apply should a display rearrangement is needed. The training program is necessary, for it will be beneficial for the store in the long run. This will not only create a cohesive teamwork, but will carry out the whole theme and atmosphere of the store, turning it into a more interesting and welcoming venue – as well as running accordingly with the brand’s concept.
