Store Revamp & Store Staff Training

Today we’ve finished the staff training & revamping process of @verdeindonesia store in @plaza_indonesia . It's great to see the established store embrace changes and willing to adapt to a more modern approach. Some of the biggest changes we did here was to standardized the store’s capacity, we rearrange the colour schemes to a more coordinated look, as well as paying more attention on folding and hanging processes. _ The good news is, the new look grabbed more attention almost immediately. We tend to emphasize on capacity because it relates heavily on productivity areas based of every square-metres – so a store needs to update their capacity regularly. After that, a calculated revamp is needed to give the perfect finishing touch, and to give different impressions that will attract both new and old customers to visit.
