Corkcicle Plaza Senayan – Planogram & New Store Product Setup
After a full week of developing a detailed planogram for over 150 product displays, our Retail VM Design team successfully handed off the visual plan to our Visual Merchandising team for execution at the new Corkcicle store in Plaza Senayan.
The in-store product setup was carried out just one day before the soft opening, in close coordination with the brand and store management teams. When it comes to drinkware products, effective visual merchandising requires more than aesthetics—it demands careful planning, precision execution, and real-time alignment with merchandising goals.
This project is part of our ongoing three-month VM retainer program with Corkcicle, which includes two additional store locations at Grand Indonesia and Pondok Indah Mall.
