KOLEKTIBLES Malang – Store Design & Visual Merchandising

We recently completed the store design and visual merchandising setup for KOLEKTIBLES, a curated hobby store in Malang that specializes in collectible items, blind boxes, and designer toys.
Our involvement covered two key phases:
1. Store Design
We designed the layout across three floors, ensuring each space supports both function and brand identity:
1st Floor: Main retail/selling area
2nd Floor: Product display and competition/event zone
3rd Floor: Collector’s room, Blind Box & Labubu area, and café
Every floor is planned to offer a seamless customer journey while highlighting product categories clearly and efficiently.
2. Visual Merchandising (VM) Services
Three months after opening, our VM team returned for a re-display session, which included:
Re-zoning the space for better flow
Fixture re-positioning to support new stock and trends
Product rearrangement for improved visibility and sell-through
