Excelso at World of Coffee Jakarta 2025 – Booth Design & Visual Styling

World of Coffee Jakarta 2025 is a premier specialty coffee trade show taking place from May 15–17, 2025, at the Jakarta International Convention Center (JICC). This event marks the first-ever World of Coffee hosted in a coffee-producing country, underscoring Indonesia’s vital role in the global coffee industry. For this event, we designed Excelso’s booth to reflect the brand’s core message: combining an Indonesian touch with a modern and warm atmosphere. The booth design integrated Excelso’s brand colors and was built to accommodate three key functions—product display, a lounge area, and an experiential coffee bar.

Our scope included coordinating booth construction with our trusted production partner, producing custom display risers, and concluding with product display and visual styling, ensuring every element was consistent with the brand’s identity and the event’s international standard.
