Visual Merchandising Maintenance

This January, VMID have finished a six-month long service (VM Maintenance – Retainer Basis) for renown denim manufacturer, @leecooperindo . The maintenance took place in multiple cities, where we restore and improve not only the look of the stores but also helping to reach better sales achievements. This is obtained through revamps efforts as well as store visits (we went as far as Semarang, Surabaya and Bali). We also raised the standard on the Lee Cooper team’s skillsets through our VM training, helped them to develop their reporting system with a VM checklist, and most importantly, to increase their creativity, performance and teamwork with our VM coaching. In the end, the feedback and results are splendid – and satisfactory, of course. We would like to thank Lee Cooper Indonesia for their trust and endless cooperation. We hope that we have given the best, and would continue to do so in future projects together.
