Nike Indonesia VM retainer Basis

As part of their VM retainer basis program, we've helped the Nike VM team for six months. We've made sure that their products are according to the VM guidelines from the Nike head office. This includes communicating directly with the store team about things they need to concentrate on. Such as product quantity, organized merchandise, and sharing the latest important information. Working with 10 stores every month, our team, along with the Nike VM team, conducted previously planned visits. With a hands-on system, where we oversee the stores, making checklist of tasks and regular revamps, we are certain that the head office's VM plan will be realized. Especially when assisted with a report system that could accurately measure the performance of the in-store merchandise display.
