PT. Paragon Technology & Innovation ( Wardah - Make Over Store Development Training)

From 28- 30 August, we are having our three-day intensive training for the Store development and visual merchandising team of @paragon.id ( @wardahbeauty@makeoverid ). The first two days covered trainings for two levels – Intermediate and Advanced. The former level of Intermediate will learn many things about VM processes as well as leadership. While the higher level of Advanced will focus on designing and constructing the accurate VM planning for a brand. On the third and last day, we go directly to one of their stores ( Wardah Beauty House) . Not only to apply the results of their training in class, but also to give them the real situation on the field. _ We expect that once finished with the training, all participants will improve their skills and deliver their tasks accordingly well both as individuals and as a team.
