Today, we've finished the In-Store session for Pelangi Emas Indonesia, where participants learned directly how to classify the layouts according to the product categories. They also learned about changing the product display appearances, all following the theories they received on the first day. But most importantly, it is to understand how to organize products to the VM standards. This will, in turn, be the solution for the brand in upholding their consistency in product display.
We hoped that the two-days training sessions can bring significant improvements for the participants. Not only through their new knowledge about VM, but also to apply a good transformation in Pelangi Emas Indonesia's store visuals located within the Bali Zoo area.
